Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Return Eligibility

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

- An incorrect product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Product Photos
- Packaging Photos
- Unboxing Video (if available)
Our team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Share order details and supporting images.
- Wait for return approval.
- Ship the product as instructed or arrange pickup (where available).
- Product inspection will be conducted upon receipt.
Approval of the return is subject to quality inspection.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and approved:

- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

9. Warranty Claims

Warranty claims must be raised directly as per the respective brand's warranty terms, including brands such as:

- Dorset
- Ozone
- Other manufacturer brands available on our website
Customers must retain their purchase invoice for warranty support.
10. Return Shipping Charges
Shivam Hardware will bear return shipping costs if:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product received damaged.
- Manufacturing defect confirmed.
Customer will bear return shipping costs if:
- Ordered wrong product.
- Product no longer required.
- Product selection error by customer.
11. Inspection & Approval
All returned products undergo inspection before approval.
Shivam Hardware reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject return requests.
- Issue replacement instead of refund.
- Deduct applicable charges where necessary.
